Cancellation Policy

Plain summary
Rankary builds your site first, free, and runs it on a monthly plan if you say yes. Looking at the built site commits you to nothing. The service agreement you accept when you start controls cancellation, refunds, hosting, ownership, and handoff; you can export your site's HTML and images at any time, including during the grace period after a cancellation.
1. Before work begins
A built site on a private link is not a purchase. You may decline it without starting a paid plan, and nothing is owed.
2. After approval
Cancellation rights, payment milestones, completed-work charges, and any non-refundable deposits are stated in the approved proposal. If that proposal conflicts with this page, the signed or otherwise accepted proposal governs.
3. Hosting and domains
Domain ownership remains with the registered owner. Hosting, maintenance, editing access, data export, and transition support are included only when they appear in the agreed scope. We will not disconnect a live site without following the notice and transition terms in that agreement.
4. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the accepted proposal, work already completed, third-party costs already incurred, and applicable law. Rankary does not currently advertise automatic Pro, Agency, or Free-tier refund rules.
5. Requesting cancellation
matt.b.edward@gmail.com with the business name, account email, and the service you want to stop. We will confirm the applicable agreement terms and next steps in writing.
